YES many changes and it can happen


23 years ago, exactly in 1968 the band YES in shape by Jon Andersen and Cris Squire in london, uk. Both are eager to make music that not only rock n roll.YES many changes and it can happen, said Jon and cris a more serious this time.  More serious is the mean jon and cris with fuse rock n roll with a rich texture of classical music, spontaneity, jazz, variations of harmony and a lot of instruments that can bring a diverse sound.
further with a kind of music style YES this is referred to as a pioneer of progressive rock who then known as art rock.

They have sold over 30 million albums. The band's music blends classical symphonic and other structures with Their own brand of rock music.

Although the band's sole consistent member has been the bass player Chris Squire, Yes Are Also Generally noted for the distinctive high-register vocals of former lead singer Jon Anderson and the eclectic musical stylings of a succession of guitarists (Steve Howe, Peter Banks, Trevor Rabin , Billy Sherwood), keyboard players (Rick Wakeman, Tony Kaye, Patrick Moraz, Geoff Downes, Igor Khoroshev, Oliver Wakeman), and drummers (Alan White and Bill Bruford). Several band members Became celebrated musicians and / or bandleaders in Their Own Right, and a 1980 lineup of the band was briefly fronted by Trevor Horn (before he Became a well known record producer). The band's current lineup includes Squire, Howe, White, Oliver Wakeman (keyboards) and BenoƮt David (lead vocals).

YES Also Had the hit singles with "Leave It" and "It Can Happen" and garnered a Grammy Award for Best Rock Instrumental Performance for "Cinema," a short, highly compressed, and complex tracks Recorded live in the studio. YES has changed members many times since its foundation, and according to the latest calculation has been noted that 14 people become members and former members of the official.
