Linkin Park nu metal wing bands and alternative rock From California

Linkin Park is  nu metal wing bands and alternative rock that came from Aguora Hills, California, in the United States. They had several times changed its name, such as Xero, Hybrid Theory, 0818, until the name Linkin Park until now. Linkin Park also released the album Live in Texas, Reanimation and Collision Course, and Hybrid Theory EP. Linkin Park's success in popularizing the songs like Crawling, In the End, Numb, Somewhere I Belong, and What I've Done. In total, Linkin Park's albums have sold over 50 million copies.

Apart from Hybrid Theory, the albums that have been released Reanimation Linkin Park among others (re-arrangement album Hybrid Theory) in 2002, Meteora (2003), Live in Texas (live album) in 2003, Collision Course (with Jay-Z) in 2004 , Minutes to Midnight (2007), and A Thousand Suns (2010). Some of his albums had sold millions of copies (Reanimation more than 10 million copies, Meteora about 11 million copies).

Linkin Park also won several awards, including the MTV Video Music Awards 2008 Best Rock Video category for the song "Somewhere I Belong" (Meteora), Grammy Award category Best Rap Song and Best Collaboration for the song "Numb" (Collision Course). In addition, the songs managed to occupy the ladder of Billboard, as the songs contained in the album Minutes to Midnight.

At the request of MTV, Linkin Park collaborated with Jay Z on the album "Collision Course". The material of this album is a remix of some Linkin Park songs in the album "Hybrid Theory" and "Meteora" and Jay-Z's songs in the album "Blueprint" and "The Black Album". The album was released in 2004 and produced 2 singles, namely Numb / Encore which received a Grammy award category "Best Rap Song" and "Best Collaboration".
In 2005, Linkin Park more major charity concert. They help victims of the tsunami in December 2004 in a concert titled Music For Relief.
