Robbie Williams Prospective Substitute Simon Cowell

Robert Peter Maximillian Williams (born in Stoke-on-Trent, England, February 13, 1974, age 36 years) is a British singer. He is a member of pop group Take That. Williams rose to fame in the band's first run in the early-to mid-1990s. After many disagreements with management and members of certain groups, Williams left the group in 1995 to start his solo career. On July 15, 2010, he announced he had rejoined the group Take That and intended to release a new album in November 2010. Williams has sold more than 55 million albums worldwide. He is Britain's best-selling solo artist in the UK and best-selling non-Latin artists in Latin America. Six of his albums are one of the top 100 best selling albums in the UK. He also has been honored with fifteen BRIT Awards-more than any other artist, and seven-ECHO Awards. In 2004, he was inducted into the UK Music Hall of Fame after being elected as "Artist Descending the 1990s."
